There is 3 main differences the new CZ stock has a magnet to hold it folded and the ASG has a hook this is the same as the original Scorpion EVO guns I saw in Europe, the next difference is that the stock cap that mounts to the body is alloy on the CZ and plastic on the ASG but again I swear the the original CZ stock was all plastic so I have to assume they had some issues with the plastic caps and I doubt that ASG retooled a mold just for the stock cap and would also of gone for the CNC alloy option if the mold was not already available, and lastly the CZ stock has a rubber butt pad and the ASG is solid, again just like the early EVO
Living in Euroland, I obviously have the Eurostock on my EVO, i.e. the versions sans stock cap. And as you stated, it's a spitting image to the ASG stock.
Some question from my side of the pond as I haven't seen the "new" stock overhere:
Going by the pics I saw on the internet, I thought the stock cap was made of rubber, similar to eg the stock caps on a Magpul CTR. Now I read it's some sort of alloy.
The locking/folding part seems to be made of metal (aluminum) iso. plastic. Correct?
Curious minds just want to know.
