I didn't read any criticism in your comment. You really should let David take care of whatever the issue is.

I didn't read comprehend your posts to be "ill" in nature.

For what it is worth I have 10x a bushing in a 40 cal slide that is working fine. It happens to be the tightest lock up out of the three I've done. I do run a gray colored recoil spring and steel guide rod (not saying that makes any difference).

Birds Away,

I have no doubt of his intentions.  His integrity is well known at CGW.  What we do is welcome is constructive criticism or issues with any  of our parts.  This is the only way we can improve them and make them work better for everyone.

Birds Away - if you are interested, send me an e-mail and we will send you a pre-paid FedEx label for sending in your CZ.

Schmeky, our mutual friend wants to take a shot at it and see if he can figure it out.  I will have him give you a call.

Took the 75B in .40 to the range last night for more testing.  She didn't make it very far.  So I guess I will be shipping her south.

I believe David told me that there would be some stainless bushings to go in the glitter guns once the initial run of things settle down. Possibly he could confirm that?
I'm wondering about this also as I think a stainless bushing would look cool in my 75 BD.

He is in the process of having a small batch done in hard chrome. May be a couple weeks.

I made a video last week of me shooting my 75B 9mm with the 10x bushing and a red dot sight at 50 yards single hand standing.  Before the bushing, this slide and barrel were useless at this distance.  After the slide it is fine.  The trigger is too light at 2.5 lbs and that is what I generated this video to demonstrate.  With a little more trigger time I could use this gun in a bullseye match and do just fine.  I never even took it to a match as a backup before the bushing.  I never shot it much at all, as a matter of fact.  The 50 yard starts at about 4:55 or 3/4 of the way through this video.

All attempts to find a solution short of replacing the bushing have failed.  I will be ordering a replacement this week.  Hopefully that will be the solution and I can get this one running again.

I ordered a couple of sets of Cajun parts recently.  One for my PCR and one for my P07 Duty.  In one of the packages my gunsmith found the replacement bushing for the 75B in .40.  I got a text late last night that he had successfully installed it.  I am hoping to hit the range with it tomorrow after work.

Many thanks to David at CGW.  He sent the replacement bushing to me at no cost.  The customer service at Cajun Gun Works is, in my opinion, the very best in the gun industry.

My CZ 75 in .40 is back running like a top.  It turns out that it was the extractor.  I guess it just happened to fail at the same time the bushing was replaced.  The original bushing was out of spec and needed to be replaced but that was not the issue with all of the failures.  I just love a happy ending.  Thanks again, David.
