Changed the ejector to a new unfiled one. The first i had over-filed (see some posts before )
and it maybe helped to produce stovepipes sometimes. The timing when the ejector hit
the spent case was probably late and in the wrong area. The ejector pin was sitting very strong - i bent another punch.
Shortened it and then it worked. With some heat involved and a vice. Dove tail shaped slot and part.

Tested the new unfiled ejector with 2 boxes of 50 CCI SV - got two stovepipes with the second box.
Will have to modify the corner of the ejector carefully.

Not sure wich of the two possible corners i have to reduce. Will have a look with a spent case. What corner makes sense. The upper or the downer one ?
What do you think ?

When you say "Corner" are we talking the Corner on the Ejector, or the Barrel Lug where the Ejector slides into the Dovetail ?
If you're talking Ejector, it would be the upper, front, right:

The Brake helps direct the Case up and out

If on the Dovetail .... maybe a tiny bit of both (?)
Never thought about that    ???

Hy Dan,
nice to meet you again, thanks for the patronage!

If we´re talking Ejector, it would be the upper, front, right:
Would you agree it is the corner to remove a little material - the toothpic is pointing on ?

Yes, the Toothpick is correct
Just knock that hard point off a bit
Should leave a small Triangle shaped (flat) surface, facing in the direction your Toothpick is running
This flat surface should help direct the Case, slightly up and to the right
Where-as, the un-modded Ejector tends to just flip the Case horizontally and the leave the case lying flat atop the Mag Follower / follow-up Round, causing the Stovepipe

Hi Dan,

thanks. When looking on the pictures posted here
https://czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=66118.msg465836#msg465836
it seems to me on the opposite corner has been worked on ?
Just asking to understand that pic or intention.
Greets
Joe

Not sure what Joe was showing, but I believe that is looking at the bottom of the Ejector
Could be His Ejector was dragging, so he knocked-off that entire edge
BUT ....
He does have well over 50k Rounds through His KADET, so who am I to argue what he's done
Being from the 1911 World, angling the Ejector for an "Up and Out" ejection seems to be the answer here too

Did a little filing to the ejector but sadly could not entirely match the angles like on the sketch of the paper serviette.
Should have practised it before - on a scrap peace of metal.
Tested it with some shooting, thankfully no stovies with that first try. For the pic´s have a look here :
