What's the purpose? If for concealed I prefer Meps and wood grips. If range, FO front, black rear, factory rubber grips.
Don't have a light.  Congrats on the P01.
If guns are outlawed.........

If you don't plan on carrying it against your body all day then those factory rubber grips are fantastic.  Grippy and robust.  I found they rub terribly in appendix carry and went with aluminum grips.
As far as a light, on that smaller frame I like the TLR-3.  It doesn't strobe or have a laser but it is quite bright and won't get in the way.
For sights, especially if you have a tac light, a blacked out rear and Fiber front is what I prefer on this gun.

As long as you are planning on buying a light and possibly a laser then for sure a FO front blacked out rear.

What if not light and laser? Or just light without laser?

For HD/Range use, the rubber grips are excellent. If you want something thinner but still grippy, VZ or LOK grips have you covered with several patterns/colors in G10.

For sights, you're kind of limited - unfortunately that's the nature of the beast. There are definitely more grip options out there than sight options. Meprolight tritium, CZC tritium, Truglo TFX (though these may change POI since they are not designed for the compacts, IIRC), and CGW/CZC fiber optic front/blackout rear. Personally I like the Mepros - the CZC tritiums are nice but the dots are small and they are kind of pricey.

Lights - stick to the proven stuff - surefire or streamlight. Personally I prefer the TLR-1 because of the smaller footprint of the light and you still get good run time with either 300 (Standard or S) or 800 (HL) lumens. Lots of people run the X300 and swear by it - for me I prefer the X300 on a carbine.

The P01 is a fine pistol - enjoy!

If you are attaching a light do you need night sights? I have the TFX? Pro Tritium/Fiber-Optic Day/Night Sights on my 75 BD and I love them. But that big orange and green dot takes up a lot of real estate when you are at the range looking at targets 15+ yards away.

So if you know are going to attach a light and you would never squeeze the trigger without visually confirming the target with that light, then IMHO night sights are not necessary and a better choice for you might be a FO front sight and blacked out rear.

BTW, on my new P-01 part of the "Cajunizing" package will be the installation of "Z/D 9-40 Fiber Optic Sight Set" ($87, https://cajungunworks.com/product/ezd-9-40-for-9mm-and-40-sw/). I have not purchased a light but the TLR-1 is available on Amazon for $120.

I like the CZC HTAC tritium sights, that's the way I am considering going for my compact.

If I go for fo front and plain back... will the fiber optic light up when the flash light is turned on?

No, it will be a silhouetted.  All sights (that I have ever shot),will silhouette with a tac light in the dark. Shooting accurately in the dark will always be challenging but it will also likely be close range.  For this reason, I prefer the light over the night sights for increased visibility.

Worth some experimenting on your part, for certain, but this works for many folks.

Before you change your sights why don't you buy the light and some snap caps? Try the light with the stock sights and dry fire in various lighted conditions (low, dark, blackout). If you're not happy with what you see, you probably need to buy the night sights too.
