I might be wrong, but it seems to me there is a law against pulling it apart without at least smoothing up a bit. Of course you could call it practice for when you pull it apart again to do it
I think an hour is a safe plan disregarding moon gravitational pull etc, plus whatever time you need to get level you want to go to on smoothing/polishing. Now, none of that includes time spent looking for springs and rewatching the video. First time I did one I had nightmares about springs for a week afterwards. Have the CGW trigger pin on hand too....you have been warned.
Best plan is have your SO do it, smaller fingers, and probably slower to frustrate.
All kidding aside my T-100s have been opened up and upgraded to the point that they are more appreciated with every shot. If I could just figure out how to make it a .45.....
