54% increase in rent? I'ld move the Range, if possible! Never build a Range on Rented Property, if at all possible! If the Landlord thinks they can raise your rent because you can't move or the property changes hands to someone less sympathetic to shooting, or someone preferring to sell the land to developers, you're lost! Seen quite a few Ranges close because of such dealings!
The Ranges I use now, OWN the land they are on, and are appropriately zoned for their usage!
