Given the lack of sight options for the P07/09/10Cs, I?d say that there are few companies that think that it?s a big market. I still give Night Fision props for trying to build them at all.
It?s a good strategy IMHO. The Glock/M&P/etc. market is so saturated with the established and proven Trijicons/Ameriglos/etc that I imagine few people would be willing to deviate and try a relatively new and unknown brand. Hitting a thirsty (if not big) market such as CZ?s will help get the name out there. If the quality is there, then demand for the other models should follow.
I?m hoping these end up being good sights, and fully intend to try them on my P07 if initial impressions around here are positive. If they?re good I may even swap out my M&P?s Ameriglos, because I?m tired of waiting for them to make a U notch rear for the full sizes. I love the pick and choose nature of NF.
My LGS has many sets for Glock.
They look nice except... the front post is wide and it?s every bit as short as the OEM sight.
I understand that by keeping the height the same as OEM one could purchase just the front sight.
I?d prefer a taller front sight, say, 0.200? tall and I?d also prefer a narrower front sight, say, 0.125? with the bright polymer tip around the tritium vial.
Unfortunately, I?d have to have the slide re-dovetailed and I?m thinking about doing just that as I can purchase exactly what I want from AmeriGlo.
We will see.
