*Update*
After a few weeks with this CM, finally got a few good rounds loaded and some testing. Check the post I made here:
https://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=98351.0In 2015 I started out with a Glock 31 (357 sig) in the USPSA Open Class. Did very well. I have been off the last 2 years and was finally able to get to a USPSA Level I Match yesterday. First Match for this CM. With about 56 other members I placed 19th.
I ran this CM as hard as I could at this match, just to see if it would failed. It held up great. No FTF, FTE, Mag's were excellent. Not one hiccup. It was just an awesome day with the CM. I was doing double taps everywhere I could and it ran perfect. I am stoked. Now the next Match, I'll slow down a bit and practice getting all the Alpha's I can.
I did a few things, just to make sure I didn't have any failures. At first I noticed the primer strikes where low, but it really didn't matter. With about 600 rounds fired so far, every primer has gone boom.
Mag Tuning I read and talked to a friend that has a CZ Parrot and mentioned Mag Tuning. So I made this wooden jig to fit over my vise. The idea is to compress the mags on each side, to make the final opening to the top just a bit narrower. I was able to just compress the mags at .030" a side. Make sure to remove everything from your Mags before the pinching. Then file smooth any sharp edges, before reassembly.
Once this is done, the follower might be sitting too low and not lock the slide back on final round. So either file the edge of your plastic followers (which I did) or open the mag at the top, to get the follower to come all the way to the top. Hence, slide locking back. Every Mag yesterday worked great.
I used a 3/8 wooden dowel before and after I did the pinch to each Mag.
Here are a few pics of the Jig. Just pinch each side, one at a time and then measure. Doesn't take much and be careful, my friend cracked one of his mags, using a drill bit and a hammer (field surgery)
. Did I need this? Probably not, but I bought some extra insurance.

This pic below shows the arrow I marked on the jig to show where the straight crease of the mags meet the angled transition of the crease towards the top.

Ramp and Spring Housing Polish Then I polished the feed ramp, just simple felt bob and polishing compound. I also smoothed a few edges on the trigger bar. Then followed this guy Mr WD and did some polishing recoil spring casing/housing. He has a few very good vids for CZ, very well done too.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDLu-g3wheERecoil Spring Running Major Power Factor 170 I changed the recoil spring to a Wolff 8 lb. #53808. I did not use the included firing pin spring, I left this stock.
Trigger Adjustment Out of the box, it's 1lb 8 oz. It's crazy good. Don't really need to change much here. I did make a few adjustments for over/pre travel, but out of the box it was really spot on. Be careful though, if you go too far and try to take up too much, it might fail to reset.
Then I just used a Center Drill and marked each mag. Quick and easy.
That's about all I did, just a few bits and pieces polished, changed a spring. Everything else is stock. Didn't change the firing pin or hammer spring. I kept the CMore on top and not 90 degrees. I changed the stock black slide racker to an angled SS Slide Racker, so I could mount it to the left side. Being right handed it was just natural for me. Plus the new slide racker was angled up and away from my thumb on the left side. I was able to zero a 115 Montana Gold CMJ at 1475 fps at 30 yards. Works great from 1" low at 8 yards and spot on at 30. Not much deviation from 8 yards to 30. Even out to 50 yards about 1/2 high, it shot very flat at 1475 fps.
