CZ 75b - Cajun Gun Works Pro Kit Install W/ Videos and Pictures.

Just bought a CZ75B.

I'm shooting USPSA.

GUN is bone stock so I want to upgrade the trigger and decrease the length of reset.

Do I buy the pro kit and just get everything that's included?

Do I buy parts individually and just add as I feel the need?

Do I go with another kit, or do I go a different route.

What to you guys think?

You can save yourself some postage by just buying the Pro Package. You will end up with most if not all of it anyway. Dont forget the sights. The EZ 9/40 is a huge upgrade of the stock factory sights.

I think this is the way I'm leaning.

I like those sights but they're not adjustable are they?

Cgw said their best sights are out of stock and won't be in stock until October.

Anyone know what sights they're talking about?

They are speaking of their adjustable sight set. They are doing some redesign on them. Their fixed sight set is all you would need to compete with. I have both and the sight picture on the fixed set may be more of what you would like for competition, they are excellent and less exspensive.

That fixed sight is setup for guys with crap eyes. As a glasses wearer that's something I'm certainly considering.

+1000 on getting extra springs.  I ended up having to reassemble the sear cage on my PCR recently when I was installing an "Old Style Trigger" and promptly lost the firing pin block lifter spring.  My next step was to go to the CGW site and order 3 of each of the three springs that are in that sear cage.  Of course, when I put it back together, I only needed the one I had lost, but having the extras was cheap insurance if you ask me.

All three of my CGW guns have the Pro Kit, installed at CGW, and they are great.

In anticipation of the arrival of my pro kit I punched out by the roll pin holding the firing pin in and removed all pieces.

No so bad.

Going to get some sand paper and Dremel tool attachments and do some polishing.

very nice.  I've never had the courage to punch out my trigger pin.  Always felt i would break the pin somehow.  Looking forward to future updates.
