So I picked up a P07. It's my first DA/SA gun after years of just 1911's and striker fired guns.
After 200 break-in rounds and a ton of dryfire (with an o-ring) I slicked up the trigger following the excellent tutorial from Schmeky in the Cajun Gun Works section. With factory parts I was able to eliminate a lot of the stacking and grittyness in the DA pull (11lbs 4oz), and got a nice rolling break in the SA (4lbs 2oz). I still wanted to lighten the weights a bit and the DA pull still had some stacking near the end so I ordered up some go fast parts from CGW. I like the SA trigger as it is so I didn't get the Pro Kit since I didn't need the upgraded hammer.

Reduced Power Trigger Spring
Reduce Power Firing Pin Safety Plunger Spring
P-07/09 Short Reset Trigger Kit.
I installed everything but the SRT Disconnector and Lifter Arm and took some before photos. The DA dropped to just under 8# while the SA dropped to 3#. The DA still stacks a bit, but I don't notice it when I'm pulling just fast enough to not disturb the front sight.
I snapped some photos with my rail mounted camera jig thingy, then installed the SRT parts. I noticed that the disconnector is a little thicker than the oem parts. My factory disconnector is .057" wide while the SRT is .058". The wider disconnector was catching the front corner of the sear slot it rides in preventing it from catching the half-cock notch when returning the trigger in DA when slowly letting off the trigger. I took everything apart and lightly broke the sharp corner where the sear nose is cut by the disconnector notch. I put everything back together, dry-fired for about an hour to let the parts settle in, checked the weights, and took some after pics.
DA remained unchanged but the SA pull went up to 3lbs 4oz. At first I was concerned but realized that the new parts trade off some mechanical advantage to reduce the overall distance of the break and reset, I'm perfectly happy with an SA trigger between 3-3.5# and the reduced reset is worth a few oz.
Approximate Numbers:
Trigger reach at rest in SA mode: Reduced by 4.5 mm
Distance from sear contact point to rear of the trigger guard: 3.75 mm to 2.75 mm
Reset distance from rear of trigger guard to reset point: 7.5 mm to 5.75 mm
Reset distance from to reset point to sear contact: 3.75 mm to 3 mm
Total SA Trigger stroke: 12.25 mm to 8.25 mm
