Took the new P10C OR to the range today for the first time to test functionality and see how and where it shoots before adding an optic. Shot only 100 rds which were a combination of all new 147 and 115 GR brass case. Had three failure which I would classify as failure to eject, but have never seen this type before. The slide would cycle and instead of ejecting the shell it would stay on the extractor and go right back into battery and damage the next round that was tryin to load (see pics). Not sure if I should contact CZ or continue to shoot and maybe loosen the extractor a little if it is too tight?
There are quite a few misunderstandings here...
• Lots of CZ's won't operate correctly until a short break-in period of ~500 rounds. Some do, some don't. Just because your last one DID is no indicator of what the next might do. As brokers are fond of saying "Past performance is no indicator of future results".
• As we have said for well over 15 years now, the 147gr bullet is an iffy situation in any CZ pistol. You'll need to do chamber drop tests to confirm. But even with that, it's not very good break-in ammo. (See:

• Just because the CZ meets SAAMI chamber specs and you are buying over-the-counter factory ammo is not an indicator the 2 work well together. Not all ammo sold over the counter will chamber correctly in a CZ.
There is so much information missing from this "report" that I'm inclined to think these are self-inflicted issues well before blaming the pistol.
