Got the results...2 bad stages, 2 good stages, 3 semi-decent stages.

But hey, I won production division!!!!  (against a field of me. ;))

Thanks!  My qualifier would have been better had I not had that one mike.  But by that point we had the bigger squad rushing us to finish, and the wind had just beaten us down by that point, so I probably wasn't as focused as I should have been.
the RO was like "Is the shooter ready" and I was like "No" but he went ahead and said "standby" anyways...but I guess I wasn't loud enough.  bleep wind.
Oh well, 5 more classifiers and I'll have my level!

Wind is tough... Oklahoman here...wind comes sweeping o'r the plain stuff.

Actually, you will be qualified after the first 4, and updated based on the best 4 of the latest 6 after that (USPSA site has the full qualifications rules on what is used/dropped, etc.)

See, you are closer than you thought. ;)

Shot the 5 Dogs Match at Bakersfield yesterday.  Gun ran flawlessly, as always.  I had a couple of good stages with no mikes.
I had my first last place unfortunately.  Those stages were good and complicated.  But my gun ran great, and some of the guys in my squad couldn't say the same.

My goal for the next match....accuracy, accuracy, accuracy.

Overall, a fun match with some good stages that I did alright on!

Haven't been able to shoot that much...dont even get to shoot the local match because i don't have enough ammo, and with the hubby goin to Laughlin next weekend and me going to Vegas the weekend after, gotta save every penny.
So I'll probably go score the local match, see what kind of tips I can pick up.
For now I'm just practicing with dry fire.  Practicing my draw and stance.
