I dropped the bit in the mail today for Pointcover. He should have it by Tuesday. I forgot that there is no delivery on Monday, or he would get then. Whoever is next in line should contact him so we can keep the bit moving along.

By the way, the other bit was DEFINITELY worn out. The new bit I got from HBi finished what was left of the job in about 10 seconds at the most.

My HBI springs came in. I couldn't wait and just used my regular drill bits. I went thru 3 bits before I finally broke through the weld. Wow that little weld is tough.

just FYI though, I think the drill bit is getting dull.  Definitely took a LOT longer than the 5 mins in the HBI video.  took 2 Sat mornings at about 1+ hrs each...maybe more... unless I was doing something wrong.
