There's a side by side pic up the page a little, is there a certain area you would like a picture of? All your doing is reducing the amount of skirt there is on the follower.
Uh, nope.  That works just fine, thanks. Apparently my eyes quit working about the same time my brain did[emoji15]. I read your post about the follower and completely missed the picture. Well at least I can still understand big words. For now at least[emoji2][emoji2] thanks Thompson.

Np. The difference between this modded follower and something like a flat gram style follower is that this one still has a good portion of skirt left on it where the gram style has none. The upside to that it you can probably fit another round or atleast it would be much easier to load round 15 but because there is no skirt the follower can just tip when it runs into the slide stop where the modded follower shouldn't tip anymore than the stock one.

Little side note, The rami 4.0 is pretty much good to go just by swapping the slide. The rami hammer is wide and the compact slide in narrow so the hammer needs replaced or thinned. I just used a bobbed hammer from a different project. Only thing left is to cut the slide so that the LRHO works.

Only down side to this gun is the frame and slide don't line up as nicely as the XCR does.

Reliability upgrade

Well after more testing I found that the barrel on the XCR has a super short throat and by that I mean shorter than the normal cz throats and would jam on some factory ammo. So time to break out the throat reamer, I lengthened the throat on this barrel enough to take almost anything that will fit in the mag. "This gun will chamber 99.9% of all factor ammo" I haven't found anything out there that will cause any issues but doesn't mean it's not out there. Like a full wad cutter at 1.169. i'm guessing it would have more issues getting the bullet into the chamber than it would hitting the rifling at this point.

Another thing I did with the barrel was polished it up, not for the bling but for the smoother surface to ease over all movement friction. Now the action on the slide isn't as slick as my Dan wesson ECO was but i'm very happy with it and have polished most of the internals at this point.

Things in the works and to come.

Custom Hammer is at CGW right now getting some special treatment
Need to get some Thin grips on this thing.
CGW disco

That's probably about it for this gun, might drill the trigger for some pre/post travel screws but probably not really a big deal on a little carry gun.

Thanks for the update. What is the story on the custom hammer you have coming? Have you considered widening the slide notch to except the wider RAMI hammer rather than using a narrow hammer?

The rami came with a wide hammer and the pcr came with a narrow so the slide is already good to go.

It is a wide hammer, hate to be a tease but you'll have to wait and see. ;)

Little update as I've been super busy at work lately. Got all the tools and parts ordered from a couple different places including CGW.

Talked to David today and he said the hammer will be done this weekend and ship on monday.

Went ahead a ordered a extended firing pin and all the springs, CZ thin grips, free float trigger pin, other pins, more springs.etc etc.

Also ordered a hybrid disco, drill bits, and tap. Gonna tap the PCR trigger for two set screws. I compared my PCR trigger to the black recurve and it appears the PCR is the further rearward trigger and also has some grip to it so I thought it would be the prefect trigger for this little compact gun.

Nice.

I have noticed that the stock trigger on my PCR also has very little over-travel if any at all. I am also liking the serrated trigger face.

Well got some updates but haven't had time to take any pictures.

Gun looks a lot different from the last picture. Things that have been installed or changed:

CGW firing pin
CGW EX firing pin block spring.
CGW thin black grips
CGW free floating hammer pins
CGW free floating trigger pin.
CGW 13lb hammer spring
CGW reduced firing pin spring.
CGW hybrid Disco
Custom hammer installed
PCR trigger drilled and tapped with a 85c screw installed for pre travel adjustment.
Dawson precision FO front sight.

I think that about covers the upgrades at this point. The Dawson sight over hangs the muzzle a tap and will need trimmed and the sear cage needs reprofiled at the rear for looks, just doesn't line up with the slide prefect.

Overall the project is about finished, I'll get some pictures up as soon as I can.

Indeed, I've loaded up some out of the ordinary stuff I have for 9mm like 160gr RN, 170gr swc, and 130gr full wad cutters and it cycles them all by hand which is very promising for live fire. I also have some 102gr stubby little RN nose I should load up for testing.

Another thing I've consider since there is no good replacement for the rear rami sight is to drill out the two little holes that cz puts there green filament in and replacing them with fiber optic rods.

Anyone that has been around rear fiber optic rear sights I'd like to hear if you think its worth the work or not.

on my uspsa gun I did this for a while; I ended up going back to a plain black rear blade as it was to busy and slowed me down a tad.  I am going to black out the dots and might try to put a trit insert in it low like a heinie straight eight sight.  There isn't much material there, the correct angle it might work.  Also thought about trying to add a little metal to it with the welder.

As promised here are some pictures:

The Custom hammer is a Cz Czechmate Concealed SAO hammer that David cut and drilled to except the disconnector making it a DA/SA.

Another surprising thing is the weight, according to my hanging scale the gun comes in at 23.3oz's. I have to do a little trimming here and there so I'm gonna say it's going to have a end weight of 23ozs. If you look in picture 4 and picture 6 you can see the front sight needs to be reduced and the part of the sear cage that needs uniformed to the slide.
