This is my Scorpion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Just bought it from a friend very lightly used. So excited to have this in the safe. I researched 9mm carbines for months before deciding on the Scorpion. First order of business is getting my Form 1 turned in. I have big plans for this gun!

How long is your fake suppressor? I'm jus wonder how much of my Silencer Octane will stick out of a carbine handguard. The Octane is 7.5"

Picked up this Gen 2 today. Traded a PTR 91 for it. Got 3 mags, with it and some rail covers. Slapped on my Holosun Red Dot. Loving this thing.

Been lurking and drooling. Time to show mine!

Broke it down to the blaster with the Yeti switchback. Getting the barrel but off was easily the hardest "gunsmithing" project I've ever done.

Cleaned up the rails with a drill press and mill vise:

But settled on the longer hand guard with the Vortex Razor red dot:

With the ADM mount:

And reversed the Shooter's Element charging handle:

Parker mountain machine front QD mount gets close to the knuckle when charging, but its avoidable.

I was really hoping to have a whole gun without Magpul products, but decided on their mlok AFG. Also had CZ Custom trigger and Gearhead works reversed safety on right side. Waiting for the Shooter's Element mag release to come back in stock and the tailhook from GHW. Used NAH tools 3 lug adapter abd couldn't have built this without it. Looking to add threads at the end of the 3 lug male mount to add the forward compensator without taking off the mount anymore for unsuppressed. Now I see why some people have two! Something like the Military Arms Channel suppressor with the Omega 9K direct threaded on is probably the cleanest look I've seen.

Nice Scorpion. Did you have to use the mount for the Razor?

No. Razor stock mount worked fine but it was almost a lower 1/3 cowitness and I wanted a clear window. ADM quick release mount brought it up a tiny bit. Also, I stripped the stock razor screw and had to drill it to get it off. ADM is solid and flush all around.

Ok. I picked up a Razor today and was wondering if I'd have to use a mount. I'll post pics when I get it on

Depending on your main use of the Scorpion, I'd consider removing the stock sites if the get in the way.

The Scorp is such an accurate, reliable, fast and fun gun, I'm surprised there aren't more guys here using it in USPSA PCC.

As it came right out of the box. I know it's not anything special just yet, but I didn't even get to take it out to the range yet (new to the forums and hopefully tomorrow it'll get a few hundred rounds through it).
Gonna start simple, extended charging handle, 32 round manticore mag, a entry level red dot (still have yet to decide), and maybe a foregrip. I didn't wanna order anything until I at least get a feel for the gun. Who knows, maybe I'll enjoy the iron sights. I prefer them on my lever guns, just never had to use peep sights before.

Nice to see everyone's variants of the Evo3.

Haven't shot it yet. Last nights match was going to be the first time. Even before zeroing it.
