Its the CZ Evo Suppressor Adaptor 1/2-28 threads. You might not need it if you have a newer model scorpion that comes with the 1/2 x 28 barrel.

Thanks Lucky for the quick reply. Ours do have the 1/2x28 threads. so that squares him away for the scorpion, but all his USPs and Mark 23 take different pistons.  Now my wife's and my Omega 9ks I have to choose between the fixed mounts in 18x1 or 1/2x28 vs. the 1/2x28 piston w/fixed barrel spacer vs. the 3 lug system to run them on the scorpions. I just bought a OEM carbine handguard for her pistol, so that she can put her pretty red picatinny rails on it

I believe this guy is running a direct mount and I like the way the suppressor lines up with the end of the handguard. How much further will the 3 lug push it out? Anyone got this set up with a sico 3 lug mount? Some HK gurus are running the shorter Griffin 3 lug mounts on the Omega 9k, but this has to take up some of the volume in the can. Well, sorry for the public brain storm, but I need some advice, lol.

What pistol grip do you have on it? It looks really good, but different from the usual aftermarket ones I've seen...

Here is mine. Using the CZ adapter for the can and not liking how it looks. (possibly re-threadit in the future) HBI pistol hand guard, trijicon RMR, and Magpul hand stop kit.

I have to admit - these look pretty darn good once you change the dorky-looking stock grip and the funky-looking stock rail. I put off looking at this thread until just now because I didn't like the looks of these guns - asthetically. Pretty sweet once modified.
