Prim watch. My grandfather and my father both used to have Prim watches. Creates perfect pair with CZ.
Yessir, I definitely appreciate these fine Czech products. Mechanically very efficient, and yet also stylish. These items are both rare in the US, so they go together even better

There are only 3 left that I can find for sale, all on gunbroker. Whoever still wants one of these, should probably act quickly https://www.gunbroker.com/All/search?Keywords=99041

Yup,  I found one a few weeks ago too, on GB. Seems the 99041 is a better price than the 99021.

Just a heads up on the last 99041, for whoever is still in the market. I just checked this morning out of curiosity, and I don?t see any for sale elsewhere

Well ya there were, but someone can?t go back in time to buy those ones, bro. I?m giving a heads up on what?s left for sale at the present time. Do you see any more out there for sale anywhere? If so, post it up

Bro,
I'm just trying to give people options if they are still looking.
It's only Monday and they sent out their inventory on Friday. These aren't exactly selling that fast so if someone is still looking they can just give TechNet a call. Their prices are good.

So does anyone have the latest definitive answer on how many 99041s and 99021s were made/imported? Thanks!

I don't think you're going to ever find out.
When I called CZ, someone told me there were only 50 units of 99041.
However there were clearly more than 50 sold. Gunbroker alone had them listed every day from December all the way to probably May.
And I personally have seen a number of them in local gun shops. In one local gun shop I saw 3 of them.

Underwhere's right..we'll never really know how many of them, or the 99021's were really imported, I guess it would be fair to say that production of either was "limited", with the 99041 being more limited..They're fun guns, stupid accurate, but at 44oz loaded,  IMO,a little too heavy for every day carry. I bought one simply because they are something you don't see everyday, and after these are gone (99021,99041) we might not ever see them again.. And I think the main reason why, is their weight..find me a cop, (or for that matter anybody else) who's willing to carry a 44oz(loaded) pistol along with all the other stuff they usually carry.. I'm guessing you won't find too many takers, as there's too many other, lighter options out there that'll do just as good a job..

Agreed.
The one point I'd make is: we though the 99021 was a unicorn. At least until the 99041 came out.
And there will be another unicorn in the future. Especially with the way CZ mixes and matches parts.

I do really like both of these pistols but I'd never carry them.

I tried it recently last week for a couple of days.. With a good belt, and holster it is doable, but the weight difference between it, and what I usually carry, a PX4cc,(34oz loaded) was noticable, If it was all I had, I could make it work, but I don't need to, and I'm not going to. It'll spend it's life with me going to the range in a gun rug..

I carry my CZ75 Compact every day.  Just finished mowing the yard about an hour ago in all this heat/humidity.

Back in about 1983 or 84 I was carrying a M29 S&W, two double speed loader pouches (4 speedloaders), my radio, mace, a double handcuff case with two pairs of the S&W hardened handcuffs and a night stick ring (seldom carried the night stick but wanted the loop/ring on my belt in case I did grab it from the car) for 8 or 9 hours a day, if I worked over it could be 12 to 16 hrs.

One night my buddy on graveyard shift asked me how much the rig weighed and I told him I had no idea.  We went to one of the offices that had a postal scale and I pulled the belt/gear/keepers off my pants belt and set it all on the scale.  Just over 13 lbs.  I had no idea it weighed that much.

Carry it and you will become used to it.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?
